Infrastructure Project Planner/Scheduler (Contract) Western Cape

We seek an experienced Project Planner Scheduler for a 24-month contract to join our expanding project management team. You will coordinate multiple infrastructure projects across our South African operations and provide international project support as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain project schedules using industry standard software
• Perform earned value management analysis and comprehensive reporting
• Coordinate resources across multiple sites and manage project risks
• Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
• Support budget preparation cost control and procurement activities
• Travel to various project sites locally and internationally as required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline with project management focus
• Minimum 5 years project planning experience in infrastructure or manufacturing
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Professional certification in project management PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Experience with SAP project systems and cost management software
• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in international environments
• Valid security clearances or ability to obtain required documentation
