Infrastructure Project Planner/Scheduler (Contract) Western Cape
We seek an experienced Project Planner Scheduler for a 24-month contract to join our expanding project management team. You will coordinate multiple infrastructure projects across our South African operations and provide international project support as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry standard software
- Perform earned value management analysis and comprehensive reporting
- Coordinate resources across multiple sites and manage project risks
- Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
- Support budget preparation cost control and procurement activities
- Travel to various project sites locally and internationally as required
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline with project management focus
- Minimum 5 years project planning experience in infrastructure or manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Professional certification in project management PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent
- Experience with SAP project systems and cost management software
- Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in international environments
- Valid security clearances or ability to obtain required documentation
